Steven was raised in Fairhope, Alabama, and is a graduate of The University of Alabama (Class of 2004), earning a degree in Business Finance with a concentration in Real Estate.
He has been a licensed real estate broker since 2004 and is active in a wide range of commercial brokerage services, having handled sales and leasing totaling approximately $350MM over his career. Steven is involved in the management of over $100MM in real estate assets held by various investment groups. In addition to brokerage and management, Steven and the Inge & Associates team are active investors in new development and existing investment properties covering office, medical office, industrial and retail.
Steven is a member of the Mobile and Baldwin County Associations of Realtors and is active in local civic organizations, including:
Steven and his wife, Courtney, have three children: Ella, Jack and Julia. They reside in Mobile and are members of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church.
