Richard D. Inge is the founding partner and principal of Inge & Associates, Inc. After graduating from the University of Alabama in 1999, Richard began his real estate career with Cummings & White-Spunner, Inc., in Mobile, Ala. In 2000, Richard helped establish Yance, Inge & Associates, Inc., which became a major player in the Mobile and Baldwin county commercial and development real estate market.
During the downturn in the real estate market, Richard shifted focus to brokering and buying distressed real estate and bank owned properties throughout the Gulf Coast. He put together investors and spearheaded the acquisition on numerous distressed income producing properties, which are now thriving in today’s market. Richard and his partner, Steven McMahon, personally manage all of their properties and continue to aggressively build their portfolio. Throughout his career in the industry, Richard has been involved in over $325,000,000 of sales and leasing transactions.
A licensed realtor since 1999, Richard went on to become a Broker and is now a member of the Mobile and Baldwin County Association of Realtors, a member of the Mobile Commercial Real Estate Exchange Club. He also served as a South Regional council member for Alabama Center for Real Estate (ARCE), serves on the Board of Trustees for St. Paul’s Episcopal School, serves as a Board of Director for ServisFirst Bank in Mobile, a Board Member on the Downtown Mobile Alliance and is a member St. Paul’s Episcopal Church..
Richard and his wife, Ann, have three children, Coleman, Johnny and Frances.
