Steven P. McMahon

Steven was raised in Fairhope, Ala., He is a graduate of The University of Alabama (Class of 2004), earning a degree in Business Finance with a concentration in Real Estate.

Steven is a member of the Mobile and Baldwin County Association of Realtors and is active in local civic organizations including:

• Alabama Wildlife Federation
• Coastal Conservation Association
• 2011 – 2013 Leadership Class – National Multiple Sclerosis Society
• Current Board Member of the Mobile Downtown Alliance (Chairman of the Board 2020-2022)
• Current Board Member of Main Street Mobile 
• Current Board Member of Downtown Mobile District Management Corporation
• Current Board Member of Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce

He has been a licensed real estate broker since 2004 and is active in a wide range of commercial brokerage services, having handled sales and leasing totaling approximately $350MM over his career.  Steven is involved in the management of over $100MM in real estate assets held by various investment groups.  In addition to brokerage and management, Steven and the Inge & Associates team are active investors in a wide range of new development and existing investment properties covering office, medical office, industrial and retail 

Steven and his wife, Courtney, have three children, Ella, Jack and Julia. They reside in Mobile, AL and are members of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church.
