Richard D. Inge established Inge & Associates, Inc. in 2011 after spending nearly 10 successful years, as a founding principal, with Yance, Inge & Associates, Inc (YIA).
Steven P. McMahon joined YIA in 2004 and became a principal at Inge & Associates at its formation.
Richard & Steven have been working together for the last 20 years. Together, the two have a combined 46 years of experience in commercial real estate, development, and investment properties in the Mobile Bay area.
